It is a chemical that our body produces naturally with vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

NAD+ is a chemical that our body produces naturally with vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It has a central role in the metabolic processes that convert food into energy. NAD+ is found in every cell in the body.

Recent research shows it is absolutely essential to keep your cells healthy and functioning properly as you age, as well as being necessary to repair DNA damage caused by everyday life, like stress and exposure to pollution.

It declines as we age.

As we age, our NAD+ levels drop. The exact causes of this decline are not yet known, but some scientists have theorized that it could be a result of increased cellular stress due to the accumulation of damaged proteins and lipids.

Several strategies can help increase your NAD+ levels as you get older. These include eating more foods containing vitamin B3 (niacin), consuming less sugar, restricting calorie intake by fasting or following a ketogenic diet, and supplementing with NADH (a form of vitamin B3) and NMN (a precursor to NAD+).

It helps cells repair DNA damage, reduces inflammation and aids in the production of energy for brain cells.

NAD+ is a coenzyme that plays an essential role in the body, helping cells repair DNA damage, reducing inflammation, and aiding in the production of energy for brain cells.

NAD+ converts food into chemical energy that can be used by cells. It is also necessary for the maintenance of a healthy metabolism and is important for DNA repair, cellular signaling, and immune regulation.

As we age, NAD+ levels decrease naturally throughout our bodies. However, we can proactively boost NAD+ levels by supplementing with Precursor B3 (Nicotinamide riboside or NR)

It may have anti-aging properties.

NAD+ is known as the “anti-aging molecule” for its role in cellular health and energy production. It’s thought to ward off age-related diseases and possibly even slow down the aging process. While there isn’t yet enough research to determine exactly how it works, it’s theorized that taking NAD+ supplements might help your cells communicate better and make more energy.

The more we learn about it the better prepared we are to treat aging-related diseases

NAD+ has been shown to play a role in aging and age-related diseases, but with further research we will be able to understand how NAD+ plays a role in these processes. In the future, it may be possible to treat or even prevent many of these diseases by maintaining adequate levels of NAD+. This is why discovering more about this molecule is so important. There are many treatments available for aging-related diseases, but the more we learn about the body and what plays a role in aging and age-related diseases, the better prepared we are to treat them.

We need to understand it more before we can answer all the questions around it.

We need to know more about NAD+ before we can answer many of these questions. We need to understand how it works, which cells use it, and what happens when they don’t have enough. We also need a better understanding of the effects of aging on NAD+ levels, and how that may affect the health of certain tissues or organs. Finally, we need to know if boosting NAD+ levels in those tissues could be an effective treatment for aging-related diseases.

But researchers are learning more all the time. In recent years, we’ve learned that early studies showing positive effects for nicotinamide riboside (NR), one form of vitamin B3 that can boost NAD+, have held up under further testing in mice and monkeys — suggesting this supplement is safe enough to warrant human clinical trials. Scientists have also discovered more about how cells make and break down NAD+, which is giving them a better understanding of where treatments might be most effective.
